Resume
From the time I was a petrified intern, to my first viral story, to being cited on national television and by international outlets, I have never thought I wanted to do anything else other than the news.
I’ve had to sprint down hills away from fires (with the Fire Department PIO huffing it alongside me); I’ve lost many hours of sleep and time out with friends because the police scanner sprang to life; I’ve connected with and written about people that are — at that moment — experiencing the most unimaginable, painful loss in their lives.
Yet, it’s impossible to see myself doing anything else but journalism.
